Privacy Policy

Effective 2026 · LeadForge · jaysservices86.com

This policy explains how LeadForge (jaysservices86.com) collects and uses information when you post jobs, create a contractor account, bid, or unlock a lead.

Information we collect

Homeowners provide name, phone, optional email, address, trade, and job description when posting work. Contractors provide name, email, phone, trade, optional company, and a password. We also store bids, unlock records, and payment session identifiers needed to process unlocks.

How we use information

We use this data to operate the marketplace: display jobs, accept bids, process paid unlocks, reveal contact details to the paying contractor, send optional SMS or email notifications when configured, and maintain accounts.

Contact privacy and unlocks

Homeowner phone and address stay masked until a contractor pays to unlock that lead. After unlock, the paying contractor can see those details for the purpose of contacting you about that job. Contractors must not resell or misuse unlocked contacts.

Payments

Card payments for unlocks are processed by Stripe. LeadForge does not store full card numbers. Stripe receives the information needed to complete checkout.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only as needed to run the service (for example, payment processors, SMS or email providers if enabled) or when required by law.

Account security

Passwords are stored as secure hashes. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. You may update your profile and password while signed in.
